Advertising at the 2024 Convention

One of our goals for the West Virginia Speech-Language-Hearing Association Annual Convention 2024 is to increase the number of quality vendors represented at our in-person event being held March 14-15th, 2024 at the Bridgeport Convention Center. We are interested in showcasing evidence-based resources and products, companies with innovative ideas to best serve our clients, and partners with exciting opportunities for professionals.

Our conference hosts between 250-300 attendees representing speech-language pathology and audiology professionals and students preparing to enter our field. We are hoping you can find time to represent your company/business at our vendor hall or offer support from a distance. The potential vendor options are listed below. Please feel free to complete the registration form to provide your support.

In-Person Vendor Booth Packages

These packages are for booths in the vendor hall during the convention on March 14th-15th.

Non-profit exhibitors - $60

• Special rate for our non-profit partners
• Includes skirted table and 2 chairs in vendor hall

Silver Package - $100

• Includes skirted table and 2 chairs in vendor hall
• Permission to distribute company promotional material and/or samples, and to sell merchandise at booth during both days of the conference
• Company logo/name featured on conference signage

Gold Package - $300

• Includes all benefits of “Silver Package” listed above, plus:
• Company name listed on WVSHA conference website

Platinum Package - $500

• Includes all benefits of “Gold Package” listed above, plus:
• Conference registration included for two attendees

No Attendance: Support from a Distance

These packages are for booths in the vendor hall during the convention on March 14th-15th.

Company/business will donate product(s) for conference attendees

• Company logo/name will be listed on conference signage

Company/business will provide monetary sponsorship

• Sponsorship of session/networking event - $300: Company logo/name will be listed on conference signage, conference website and outside of session room
• Sponsorship of snack break - $250: Company logo/name will be listed on conference signage and larger sign on snack table
• Pre-Conference Email Blast - $150: Company logo/name will be listed on pre-conference email blast sent to all WVSHA members
