Host a CE Event

Please contact the Continuing Education Administrator (CEA), Helan Turner, if you are interested in offering an event for ASHA CEUs. The CEA can answer any questions you may have. Information about your event can be submitted via the portal below or by emailing the CEA at helan@spruceknob.net.

Due to the extensive amount of time and effort required to process a cooperative offering, WVSHA now charges a processing fee in addition to the fee charged by ASHA. Payment to ASHA may be made by credit card or check. At this time, WVSHA only accepts checks for payment. Payment to WVSHA and ASHA must be made separately.

Timelines and fees for submission to the Continuing Education Administrator:

• 120 days prior to start of activity: $500.00
• 90 days prior to start of activity: $750.00
• 60 days prior to start of activity: $1000.00

These WVSHA fees are in addition to the $400.00 fee paid to ASHA. ASHA charges $400 for a cooperative offering and $50 for any subsequent offering of the same course content.
All fees must be paid within two weeks of receipt of invoice.

Please note: All activities that offer multiple sessions that total 1.0 ASHA CEUs or more (10 or more hours) must be submitted 120 days prior to start of activity. They will not be accepted less than 120 days prior to the start of the activity.

Cooperative offerings may be submitted to the WVSHA Executive Board for approval after CEA review.
